This Christmas will be unlike any the Osbourne family has ever known.
For the first time, the festive season will unfold without the presence of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne — husband, father, and the unruly heart of the family — who died of heart failure in July at age 76.
Sharon Osbourne will return to the Buckinghamshire home she once shared with Ozzy, the very place he spent his final months, to welcome fourteen members of the family for a bittersweet gathering. It is also the place where Ozzy has been laid to rest — a reality that makes this year’s holiday both sacred and unbearably painful.
Kelly Osbourne: “I just hope I can get through Christmas without crying”
Daughter Kelly, 41, revealed that the family is determined to give Sharon a warm, traditional English Christmas as they navigate their grief together.
“We’re having a proper English Christmas this year,” she shared, explaining that she has bought matching pyjamas for everyone and ordered crackers for the celebration — a familiar comfort, unlike the holiday traditions in Los Angeles.
Kelly also revealed she plans to give her mother a new puppy, hoping it will soften the pain of losing Sharon’s beloved husky, Elvis, just months after losing Ozzy.
But beneath the holiday preparations, Kelly admitted an emotional truth:
“I just want to get through Christmas without crying.”

Jack celebrates in LA as Sharon prepares to fly out to him soon after
Jack Osbourne will spend Christmas Day in Los Angeles with his pregnant wife, Aree Gearhart, and their daughter Maple. Sharon intends to travel to join him two days later, continuing her effort to remain close to all three of her children during this difficult season.
Sharon’s devastating confession: “I didn’t want to live anymore after Ozzy died”
In a deeply emotional interview earlier this month, Sharon revealed the depth of her despair following her husband’s passing.
Through tears, she told Piers Morgan that she felt life had lost its purpose without Ozzy:
“I would have just gone with Ozzy… definitely. I’ve done everything I ever wanted to do.”
Only one thing stopped her — their children.
Sharon described how memories of young women whose mothers died by suicide convinced her she could never inflict that pain on her own family.
“I will never, ever do that to my kids,” she said.
“Grief has become my friend”
Sharon now visits Ozzy’s grave every single day.
She admits she is still unsure how to shape her life without him, describing grief as something she must learn to live alongside:
“When you love someone that much, grief becomes your companion. I’ll get used to it… I have to.”
A Christmas full of love — and loss
This year, more than any other, the Osbournes will be holding tightly to one another.
They will cook, laugh, watch the King’s speech, exchange gifts — all with a quiet space at the table where Ozzy once was.
It is their first Christmas without the Prince of Darkness.
And every moment will be a reminder of how deeply he was loved — and how deeply he is missed.
