Pete Sandiford has always been one of Gogglebox’s most laid-back voices — but this week, the nation saw a very different side of him.
The 30-year-old favourite, who appears on the Channel 4 hit alongside his sister Sophie, has revealed that he and wife Paige have welcomed another baby into the world, adding a third child to their growing family — and it’s a little girl who has already melted thousands of hearts.
The announcement didn’t arrive with a press release or glossy photo shoot. Instead, it slipped gently into viewers’ living rooms during Friday night’s episode, when Pete casually introduced his newborn daughter on air. The moment was small, natural — and instantly unforgettable.
Shortly after the episode aired, Pete shared a rare personal photo on Instagram, cradling his baby with a look fans rarely see: quiet, overwhelmed, and completely in love.
“Myself and @paigesandiford_ would like to welcome the newest addition to our family — Eva Sylvie Sandiford,” he wrote.

The couple, who married in a romantic seaside ceremony in May 2021, are now parents to three, having already welcomed their son Jimmy before this joyful new arrival.
Despite keeping much of his family life off social media, Pete recently gave viewers a glimpse into the chaos and comedy behind the scenes — joking with Sophie about how they’ve been choosing baby names.
“We’ve got this Tinder-style app for baby names,” he laughed. “If we both like one, it pings up. You’ve got to think of everything — even the initials. My mum didn’t, and now I’m PNS.”
Sophie couldn’t stop laughing, throwing in suggestions like “Eddie,” while Pete dismissed others with classic deadpan humour: “Hendrix? Sounds like a gin.”
Since the news broke, fans have flooded social media with messages of congratulations, many calling the reveal the sweetest Gogglebox moment of the year.
No drama. No headlines. Just one dad, one tiny daughter — and a family quietly growing when nobody was watching.
