Dianne Buswell has shared a “special” update as she is expecting her first child with her partner Joe Sugg. The professional dancer announced the exciting news earlier this year and the couple have shared regular insights in their pregnancy journey. The news of the pregnancy was revealed in an adorable Instagram reel.
The star met the YouTuber when they were paired together back in 2018 for the popular BBC dancing show, and their relationship has since gone from strength to strength. The dancer was partnered with Neighbours actor Stefan Dennis on this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing. But the couple were forced to end their time on the show early when Stefan developed an injury.
Dianne recently shared she headed back to Australia for the festive season. Dianne and Joe have now shared some adorable photos as they hosted a baby shower in Dianne’s hometown.
Sharing some gorgeous snaps from their special day, Dianne wrote: “Our Australian baby shower with the family. Thank you to my gals @rinabuswell @the_buswells and Mia for putting so much effort in to make it so fun and special.”
The professional dancer wore a stunning bright blue summer dress with a floral print with her famous red hair curled. Joe stood beside her for a photo wearing a cream shirt and shorts.

Dianne and Joe met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 and regularly share insights into their life off-screen.
The couple made it to the competition’s final before being beaten by fellow contestants Stacey Dooley and Kevin Clifton.
In September, Dianne shared a reel with Joe, captioned: “Our little baby boy [loveheart emoji] we cannot wait to meet you.” In the playful video, the pair were seen ‘painting’ three stick figures with ‘2026’ at the top of the drawing to Elton John’s Tiny Dancer.
