Molly-Mae Hague has admitted that her two-year-old daughter, Bambi, has left her in tears in a candid update about life as a mum. The 26-year-old, who revealed she rushed both Bambi and the toddler’s dad, Tommy Fury, to hospital on Monday, opened up about the realities of parenthood alongside her own mum, Debbie.

Just days after admitting that things were “hanging by a thread” while looking after Bambi and boyfriend Tommy Fury, Molly-Mae Hague opened up about needing support. “My mum’s getting picked up shortly — she’s been staying with us for the week to help out with the small child,” she explained. To this, Debbie replied: “Now I need to go home and decompress.”
Speaking about her granddaughter’s behaviour, Debbie added: “She’s been lovely…she’s been interesting. But she’s also been really challenging. She’s trying to assert her dominance as a not-even-three-year-old. She thinks she rules the roost.” Molly-Mae, nicknamed the ‘Ultimate Influencer,’ confirmed with a laugh: “Because she does.”

Reflecting on her own journey into motherhood, Molly admitted that she had recently felt she was finally finding her feet. “I thought I’d turned a big corner as a parent. I was really feeling great about motherhood. I was like, ‘Yeah, I can do this, not a problem, I’ve come through my tricky patch.’ But the last two weekends have completely humbled me and knocked me to the floor.”
The Love Island star, who described her life with Bambi as an “emotional rollercoaster,” admitted: “She’s literally had me in tears for two consecutive weekends now, which has not been fun.”
Molly-Mae also revealed that she had been struggling to keep things together after both Bambi and Tommy Fury fell ill. She explained that she had taken them to hospital on Monday after Bambi had been “shaking and crying” in her sleep, adding: “My nails summarise how this week has gone…hanging on by a thread.”
Reflecting on the challenging time, she continued: “I did say that Bambi wasn’t well, but we’ve been in the hospital this morning. About nine days ago, Tommy got what we thought was food poisoning or a sickness bug — we’re really not sure — and we’re nine days in now and it hasn’t gone away. Basically, last night at 3am, he was up… [TMI],” she said, highlighting the exhausting nature of caring for an unwell toddler and partner simultaneously.

Sharing another update on Bambi, Molly-Mae said:
“So that was last night, and then this morning I went to get Bambi out of her cot. She had slept in again, but she was crying in her sleep and shaking. Tears were running down her face, but she was still asleep.”
Fortunately, both Tommy and Bambi were seen straight away at a walk-in clinic, with doctors believing that Bambi has caught the flu.
