Kelly Osbourne Breaks Down as Brother Jack Faces Setback on I’m A Celebrity

Kelly Osbourne admitted she was “so sad” after watching her brother Jack on the latest episode of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity.

Taking to social media, the protective older sister shared her disappointment after Jack was left as the only campmate whose letter from home was destroyed.

The “letters from home” segment is always an emotional highlight of the series, with campmates facing a challenge to save the letters.

On Sunday’s episode, Martin Kemp, Aitch, and Vogue Williams attempted to rescue Jack’s letter from his wife and children, but unfortunately answered the crucial question incorrectly, leaving the letter destroyed.

The challenge question asked about Jack Osbourne’s age when he first appeared on the early 2000s reality series The Osbournes.

Unfortunately, the wrong answer meant Jack’s letter was shredded in a blender.

The 40-year-old took the setback in stride, later saying, “In this experience, you kind of have to hang up emotion. I’d rather just be in this, suck it up, fight it,” after all his fellow campmates had received their letters.

Once again, his sister Kelly Osbourne took to social media to share her thoughts on Jack’s ongoing jungle journey.

Kelly appeared emotional as she posted on Instagram: “I just want to say thank you to everyone who voted to keep Jack in the jungle — he’s doing really well.

“He’s doing so well. I’m so sad he didn’t get his letter from the family. But he took it really, really well. I’m even more sad that Eddie’s left the jungle because I loved Eddie. This sucks.”

Sunday’s episode also saw the first eliminations, with comedian Eddie Kadi and former Lioness Alex Scott leaving the jungle.

Mr Osbourne has been candid about his experience with grief since the show started.

His father, Black Sabbath star Ozzy Osbourne, died in July just two weeks after performing a farewell concert at Birmingham’s Villa Park.

Opening up about the loss recently to co-star Lisa Riley, Mr Osbourne reflected: “It was definitely a shock.

“I mean we knew he was sick for a while but it was definitely a shock, I mean we didn’t know it would be that quick.

“It was the ultimate mic drop, he did a massive big gig and was like, alright I’m done.”

On what his father’s reaction to him taking part in the ITV reality show would have been, he added: “He’d be so supportive of this.”

Speaking along to viewers in the Bush Telergaph later, he continued: “I’m still navigating it all, it’s been three nearly four months and so it’s still pretty fresh.”
