Holly Ramsay Silences Family Feud with Adam Peaty in Stunning Lingerie Wedding Shots

Holly Ramsay and Adam Peaty are getting married later this month but the build-up to the happy day has been overshadowed by talk of a fallout with the Peaty side of the family.

Holly Ramsay has celebrated her “wedding month” with fiancé Adam Peaty, seemingly brushing aside rumours of a major family feud. The couple are set to marry later this month, amid reports of tension with the Olympic swimmer’s family and speculation that Adam’s mother will not attend the ceremony.

Despite the drama, Holly shared a series of striking Instagram photos, including one of herself in a floor-length veil paired with a Victoria’s Secret bralette and briefs. The 25-year-old influencer—daughter of Michelin-starred chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay—captioned the post: “iiit’s Wedding Month,” adding diamond ring, sparkle, and heart emojis.

Tensions reportedly flared when Adam Peaty’s mother, Caroline, was absent from Holly Ramsay’s recent star-studded hen party at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. Undeterred, the bride-to-be celebrated the night away wearing an embroidered “Mrs Peaty” veil, joined by celebrity friend Victoria Beckham, her mother Tana Ramsay, sisters Megan and Tilly, and Adam’s sister Bethany.

The couple became engaged in September 2024 following a surprise proposal and are set to marry at the Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul in Bath. However, in the lead-up to the wedding, reports suggest they have been caught up in a public fallout with the Peaty family.

Following the hen party, Adam’s aunt Louise Williams took to Instagram to address the alleged snub, writing: “@hollyramsayy I’m so glad that you had a great hen do. As a bride, you deserve that. However, as a person, you were divisive and hurtful towards a woman, who I have loved and continue to love deeply.”

She went on, “A woman who opened her home and heart to you. For whatever reason, you chose not to invite her—your prospective mother-in-law—to your hen night, while Adam invited his father-in-law, your dad, to his stag night.

“You welcomed your mum (rightly so), her assistant, your sisters, your friends, and even my niece—but not my sister, your future mother-in-law.”

Adam, a former Strictly star and widely regarded as one of the greatest sprint breaststroke swimmers in the world, later addressed the tense situation himself.

Breaking his silence on Instagram, he wrote: “For those who know me personally, you know that I work tirelessly to improve myself as a person and strive to contribute to making the world a better place.”

“I am continuing to learn more about myself and how to become the man I aspire to be—a devoted partner, father, businessman, friend, and athlete—even during challenging times. Bethany, Holly, and I will navigate this together. We do not seek sympathy; we simply want people to remember that there are always two sides to every story.

“To everyone who has reached out with kindness and understanding—thank you. Your support means the world to us.”
