‘It’s a slow process’

Pippa O’Connor has shared an update on her husband Brian Ormond’s ongoing health struggles, admitting he’s “had such bad luck.”
The couple, who have three sons — Ollie, 12, Louis, nine, and Billie, three — often share glimpses of family life on social media.
Today, Pippa revealed that Brian remains in hospital after undergoing two back surgeries in quick succession. Complications arose when he developed an infection, prolonging his recovery.
Although he is now on the mend, Pippa described the process of getting him back on his feet as “slow.”

Taking to Instagram Stories, Pippa O’Connor opened up about the past few weeks, calling them a “blur” and thanking fans for their support.
She explained that Brian is still in hospital, noting it has been a “slow process” due to a serious infection requiring multiple daily antibiotics and IV drips. Pippa said finding the right treatment took time, and even once the infection began to improve, recovery has been gradual.
Brian has also undergone two back surgeries in a short period, and Pippa admitted he’s had “such bad luck” over the past few months with things not going as smoothly as expected. Despite the challenges, she reassured fans that he is “young, fit, and healthy” and will be okay.
Pippa added that she “can’t wait” to have Brian home again, joking that he won’t have to deal with putting up Halloween decorations.
Earlier this year, the couple celebrated their son Louis’s communion with a lavish, star-studded event, making the milestone day especially memorable for their middle child.
