Coronation Street actor Jacob Roberts has made his relationship with PR professional Caitlin Connolly public.
The Kit Green star shared a sweet selfie of the couple on Instagram, accompanied by a heart emoji, confirming what fans had long suspected.
A source revealed that the pair “have been together for some time” and described them as “besotted with each other.” The post marks the first official acknowledgment of their romance.

Interestingly, Jacob Roberts isn’t the first Corrie actor to find love in the press office—his co-star Jack P. Shepherd also met his wife Hanni while she worked in the show’s PR team.
Jacob previously dated PR professional Amy Harris, but the couple split last year. During their relationship, they often appeared together on social media, attending events and sharing snaps from romantic dinners. Their mutual social media activity eventually signaled the end of their five-year romance.
Jacob Roberts portrayed the charming yet troubled Damon Kinsella on Hollyoaks from 2017 until 2023, before being written out during a cast shake-up.
Just months after leaving the Channel 4 soap, he joined Coronation Street, quickly establishing himself as one of the show’s prominent stars.
