Who is Strictly dancer Julian Caillon?
Julian Caillon is an Australian dancer and choreographer who joined Strictly Come Dancing this year as a new professional. He is partnered with EastEnders actress Balvinder Sopal.
This isn’t Julian’s first time in the spotlight. He spent three seasons as a professional dancer on Dancing with the Stars from 2020 to 2022. Earlier in his career, he appeared as a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance Australia in 2014 and later toured with the hit live show Burn the Floor.
Reflecting on joining Strictly, Julian described the opportunity as “living out a dream.” Like fellow newcomer Alexis Warr, he has also performed at the iconic Blackpool Tower, showcasing his talent on one of the show’s most famous stages.
When he’s not dancing, Julian works as a personal trainer and exercise physiologist.
The star recently turned 30 saying on Instagram: “Another lap around the sun completed.
“Thank you so much to everyone who wished me happy birthday, I definitely felt the love.”
