Love It or List It Returns for Season 6 with Even More Rivalry Between the Experts

The new season of this hit reno show tackles its most dramatic housing transformations yet, while the “rivalry” between its stars intensifies.

The friendly rivalry between Neale Whitaker and Andrew Winter returns in Love It Or List It Australia, as homeowners once again face the ultimate decision — renovate or sell.

This season, Team Love It and Team List It take on a diverse range of properties, from charming century-old terraces to stunning coastal retreats, delivering breathtaking makeovers and unexpected turns.

With special guests and surprise challenges added to the mix, the competition between design and real estate reaches new heights.

Season 6 premieres Wednesday night on Foxtel and BINGE, featuring the return of real estate authority Andrew Winter and design expert Neale Whitaker.

As always, hosts Andrew Winter and Neale Whitaker go head-to-head as they help 10 Australian families caught in a real estate stalemate decide whether to renovate or relocate.

For each family, the question remains the same — should they stay or sell? And this season, both experts are armed with advice, wit, and plenty of competitive spirit.

“The rivalry between Team Love It and Team List It is as fierce as ever,” says Winter, who continues to champion selling. “Neale’s so competitive he’s even resorted to what I’d call a bit of ‘cheating’ this season — pulling in friends and doing whatever it takes to score a win.”

Winter also notes that Team List It faces one of Australia’s toughest property markets in years. “There are so few homes available to tempt homeowners right now,” he says. “It’s definitely a hard sell.”

Andrew Winter teased the season, saying:

“The rivalry between Team Love It and Team List It is as intense as ever!”

“Neale’s highly competitive and has resorted to what I would call ‘cheating’ this season, bringing in so called friends and doing whatever it takes to try and secure a win.”

“Plus ‘Team List It’ is battling with one of the toughest Australian buying markets in years. With so few homes for sale to tempt my team. It’s a tough sell.”

Neale Whitaker said:

“I don’t recall anything in the Love It Or List It rule book that says you can’t call in other experts to help – especially when that expert is Dennis. He’s family!”

“I think Andrew’s feeling a bit threatened. Not surprising really, when you look at the amazing renovations in our brand new season. They’re easily the best yet, providing life-changing solutions for our homeowners across Australia.”

Love It Or List It Australia season six is made by Beyond Productions just for Foxtel and includes 10 one-hour episodes. The executive producers are Karen Warner and Geoff Fitzpatrick from Beyond, and Howard Myers-Rifai and Wendy Moore from the Foxtel Group.

The show’s format was created by Big Coat Productions, and Banijay Rights Limited handles international sales and distribution.

You can catch up on all previous seasons now, streaming on BINGE.
