New York Proud aunt Sophia Culpo is marveling at her sister Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey’s newborn daughter, Colette Annalise and insists the little one is already a mirror image of her famous father.
Speaking during New York Fashion Week at the House of Champion event earlier this month, Sophia told People that she was struck by the uncanny resemblance. “They’re like twins… they’re clones,” she joked, recalling a moment when she briefly mistook a photo of the San Francisco 49ers running back for his infant daughter.
Olivia, 33, and McCaffrey, 29, welcomed Colette in July. The child’s arrival marked the couple’s first experience as parents, a milestone Olivia described as “both scary and rewarding.”
Sophia, who has embraced her new role as doting aunt, admitted she is already missing the baby when she spends time apart. “I haven’t seen her in a week and she’s changing so much,” she said, noting that both mother and daughter are thriving.
The Culpo sisters have long shared a close bond, often supporting one another’s careers and personal lives in the spotlight.
With Olivia adjusting to motherhood and Sophia settling into life as an aunt, the family says they are cherishing these first precious months with baby Colette who, according to Sophia, may already have inherited more than just her father’s looks.
