Gypsy Rose Blanchard is embracing motherhood. The Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up star recently shared a glimpse of her morning routine with her 8-month-old daughter, Aurora, whom she shares with boyfriend Ken Urker.
In a Sept. 19 Instagram post titled “mom mornings,” Gypsy began her day with coffee outside before changing Aurora’s diaper, giving her a bottle, and watching toddler YouTuber Mrs. Rachel together. The video ended with the two playing with Aurora’s toys.
This isn’t the first time Gypsy has opened up about family life. Just a day earlier, she shared a photo of herself, Ken, and their baby girl enjoying time together.
As Gypsy Rose Blanchard steps into motherhood, she and Ken who rekindled their relationship in 2024 after ending their engagement years earlier feel grateful that their first child is a daughter.
Gypsy admitted she felt relieved about having a girl, explaining that being a self-described “girly girl,” she feels right at home with pink, ruffles, and all things feminine.
Beyond the fun daily moments, Gypsy Rose shared that wanting a daughter is deeply connected to her complicated past with her late mother. She expressed that, despite their troubled relationship, the bond between a mother and daughter is uniquely special.
For her, raising Aurora feels like a blessing because it gives her the chance to experience a kind of connection she never had growing up.
Gypsy added that stepping into motherhood allows her to create the nurturing bond she once missed, showing her what that relationship is truly meant to be.
