The 32-year-old former TOWIE star shares her 10-month-old son, Landon, with her husband, footballer Oliver Burke.

Over the weekend, Megan shared a new sweet potato pizza recipe on Instagram, showing herself preparing a lunch for her son to take on the go.
However, some followers quickly criticized her, with one person commenting that the puree she used looked too thick and acidic, saying it could cause acid reflux. Another suggested making a milder sauce using tinned tomatoes, herbs, and garlic to avoid the concentrated puree.
In addition to critiquing the lunch itself, several people also took issue with the fact that Megan revealed her son drinks water, sparking even more debate in the comments.

One commenter warned Megan to be cautious about giving bottled water to babies, pointing out that some brands contain high levels of sodium or sulphates—something their health visitor had previously advised them about.
Megan quickly responded, reassuring them that she usually gives her son Evian, which doesn’t contain sodium, and explained that the bottle shown in the video was just a one-off.
According to NHS guidance, once babies start eating solid foods (around six months), it’s safe to offer them sips of water from a cup or beaker during meals. For babies over six months, the water doesn’t need to be boiled.
This followed an earlier post from Megan that also sparked mixed reactions from fans.
In that video, she was seen cooking spaghetti while her son Landon sat nearby in an armchair, which some viewers found concerning.
However, Megan’s followers quickly began debating in the comments section.
One person pointed out concern, writing: “Megan, he’s sitting in direct sunlight. Can’t you tilt the blinds or something?”
But another follower disagreed, responding: “If it was bothering him, you’d know—he’d be agitated! He looks calm and happy from what I can see.”
