The tough Channel 4 show brought in 14 new celebrities to take on the demanding Special Forces training.

Throughout the show, celebrities have dropped out, been removed, or—like boxer Conor Benn last week been medically withdrawn.
Tonight, the five remaining recruits faced one of their toughest challenges so far, followed by a mental test where they could choose to take calls from loved ones.
Adam Collard took a call from his fiancée, Laura Woods, while singer Lucy Spraggan received two calls—the first coming from her X Factor boss, Simon Cowell.
The 65-year-old appeared on a video call to Lucy, who took part in The X Factor in 2012, sitting outside in a large garden.
“How’s my little trooper?” he asked, making Lucy smile.
She replied, “It’s been a lot tougher than I expected, Simon. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.”
True to his style, Simon responded, “You do look tired, I’m not going to lie.”
Lucy quickly updated Simon on the tough challenges she’s been through, saying, “It’s no joke, Simon. It’s really, really intense.”
She added, “Remember when you said you might consider doing it if I didn’t find it hard? Well, you definitely wouldn’t be doing it now.”
As she laughed, Lucy added, “Though I’d pay good money to see you take on the challenge!”
Simon chuckled back, “Just imagine if it were me—wonder how long I’d last.”
The two have stayed close since Lucy’s time on The X Factor, with Simon even walking her down the aisle at her wedding to Emilia Smith earlier this year.
Lucy shared that Simon read a poem during the ceremony and told her, “I love seeing you this happy.”
The newlyweds often visit Simon and his partner Lauren Silverman at their homes in LA and the Cotswolds.
Lucy admitted, “I talk to Lauren all the time, but Simon doesn’t have a phone, so I usually chat with him when I’m on the phone with her!”
