Brooklyn Beckham reportedly cuts off relationship with brothers Cruz and Romeo in harsh decision

Brooklyn Beckham seems to have taken a clear stance in the ongoing family tension by unfollowing his younger brothers, Cruz and Romeo.

This move follows what looked like a peace offering earlier in the week, when he shared a heartfelt birthday message to his sister Harper.

The 26-year-old hot sauce businessman still follows his well-known parents, Victoria and David Beckham, leaving it uncertain whether any behind-the-scenes conflict has been brewing specifically between him and his brothers.

Sources close to Brooklyn Beckham told The Sun that he and his wife Nicola had no idea they had unfollowed Cruz and Romeo until they saw it reported online. They suggested it’s possible that Romeo and Cruz may have blocked Brooklyn, which would make it appear as though he unfollowed them. “Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t block or unfollow anyone — they’re just as surprised as everyone else,” the source said.

Tensions between Brooklyn and Romeo in particular seem to have grown in recent months, with reports suggesting that Romeo’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, may have played a role in the fallout.

In June, Kim addressed the rumors that she had dated Brooklyn before becoming involved with Romeo. She issued a firm statement on Instagram, denying any romantic connection with Brooklyn. She said, “I will not continue to be harassed or humiliated based on false claims created to support a certain narrative,” adding that she and Brooklyn were only school friends at age 16 and nothing more.

Brooklyn’s strained relationship with Cruz has reportedly left Victoria and David puzzled, as the two brothers had always gotten along without any issues in the past. However, after Brooklyn appeared to snub Cruz during a visit to London shortly after David’s birthday, Cruz has firmly aligned himself with their parents.

On Thursday, Brooklyn Beckham posted a birthday tribute to his sister Harper on his Instagram Stories, sharing a photo of himself, his wife Nicola Peltz, and Harper. He captioned it, “Happy birthday Harper we love u x,” and tagged Nicola, who then reshared the post on her own Story.

Brooklyn was 12 years old when Harper was born, and the two have shared a close bond over the years. However, some people close to the family had expressed concern that, due to ongoing family tensions, Brooklyn might not acknowledge her birthday at all.

Sources revealed concerns after Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t visit Harper during a trip to London in May to film an advert — even though the shoot took place just over a mile from the Beckham family home.

Their absence raised eyebrows, especially as Brooklyn has recently skipped several major family events. He missed all of his father David’s 50th birthday celebrations and didn’t publicly acknowledge the announcement of David being awarded a knighthood, a significant moment for the former footballer.

Brooklyn’s brothers, Romeo and Cruz, also took to social media to wish their sister Harper a happy birthday, joining their parents, David and Victoria, in celebrating the occasion online.

Two weeks ago, Brooklyn did wish his grandmother, Sandra, a happy birthday, despite not acknowledging either of his parents’ milestone birthdays. However, he didn’t extend the same gesture to Victoria’s father, Tony, when his birthday came around in May.

Earlier this month, Nicola Peltz, 30, responded to accusations that she is “controlling” her husband, Brooklyn, after posting pictures from a party with friends. While many fans left positive comments celebrating the occasion, others criticized Nicola and Brooklyn, including suggesting that Nicola might be the cause of the rumored tension between Brooklyn and his parents.

However, several fans came to Nicola’s defense in the comments, with one pointing out that Brooklyn is capable of making his own choices. Nicola liked this particular comment, further showing her support for the statement.
