Lindsay Lohan posts a rare family photo while celebrating her 39th birthday in Italy

Lindsay Lohan shared a rare photo of her financier husband, Bader Shammas, and their son Luai as she celebrated her 39th birthday while vacationing in Rome, Italy.

The Mean Girls star, who has 30.5 million social media followers, captioned the post in Italian, which translates to: “Unforgettable moments in Italy with my family.”

Married for two years, the couple are enjoying a beautiful trip filled with love, laughter, and pure happiness, along with plenty of delicious food.

Lindsay and Bader first met in 2019 at a restaurant in Dubai, three years after she relocated to the city. They’re also gearing up to celebrate their son Luai’s second birthday on July 17.

Lohan’s former frenemy Paris Hilton left three heart emojis on her birthday post, while Law & Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay wrote, “Happy birthday love!”

Lindsay Lohan’s former Parent Trap co-star Elaine Hendrix wished her a happy birthday, saying, “Happy birthday Lindsay! I hope you’re having a fantastic time.”

Ayesha Curry, godmother to Lohan’s child along with her husband Stephen Curry, shared on Instagram Stories, “Happy birthday to my sweet @lindsaylohan… another blessed year around the sun.”

Lohan’s mother, Dina, posted a video montage of memories with the caption: “Happy Birthday Linds, Love Mom xo.”

Lindsay’s younger sister, Aliana Lohan, shared heartfelt praise, calling Lindsay “one of my best friends” and saying it “warms my heart every day” to see how much they’ve learned from each other while navigating “an extraordinary path” together.

Aliana, a 31-year-old Christian singer, added, “You are an incredible mother and watching you raise your son with your incredible husband is absolutely beautiful.” She wished Lindsay continued success, saying, “May all your dreams continue to come to fruition.”

In May, Lindsay told ELLE that her son Luai “needs a kid to play with” and hinted at wanting more children, saying, “I don’t know if it’s selfish — but I’m like, ‘I need more than one kid to take care of me when I’m older.’”

Lindsay, a SAG Award nominee, executive produced and reprised her role as Anna Coleman opposite Jamie Lee Curtis in Freaky Friday sequel Freakier Friday, directed by Nisha Ganatra, set to release in the US and UK on August 8.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 22 years since Lindsay first played Anna in Mark Waters’ critically acclaimed Freaky Friday remake, which earned $160.8 million worldwide.

On Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan shared side-by-side Instagram Stories photos of herself at 15 and 38, playing electric guitar as part of Anna’s fictional band, Pink Slip.

“That punk Anna, she’s still there,” the Old Navy brand ambassador told Empire Magazine on Tuesday.

She added, “The second I started with my guitar coach again, it was like we never left. It was the same guitar, everything. It was like it was yesterday. We made [the new song] more difficult for this one. I’m such a perfectionist. We rehearsed a lot.”

Freakier Friday, a supernatural comedy, marks Lindsay’s first leading role in a theatrical release in 18 years and could signal her comeback as a box office star, after years of struggles including six court-ordered rehab stints and other Hollywood controversies.

The film also stars Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, Vanessa Bayer, Chloe Fineman, Stephen Tobolowsky, June Diane Raphael, and Elaine Hendrix.

Lindsay’s other upcoming projects include launching a beauty brand, starring in the Hulu drama Count My Lies based on Sophie Stava’s novel, and a fully authorized biopic on Ann-Margret.
