Al Pacino’s ex-girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, was spotted out in Beverly Hills on Thursday with their young son. The 31-year-old film producer took nearly two-year-old Roman, whom she shares with the 85-year-old Scarface star, to Italian restaurant E Baldi for lunch, accompanied by his nanny.
During their casual outing in Los Angeles, Al Pacino’s lookalike son Roman wore a Grateful Dead raglan T-shirt, adding a rocker vibe to the toddler’s rare public appearance. At one point, Noor Alfallah was seen multitasking—carrying Roman on her hip while taking a phone call.
The 31-year-old kept her look effortlessly stylish in an all-black ensemble, wearing a black camisole with a knit cardigan and skinny jeans as the pair headed to lunch.

Noor Alfallah kept her look natural during the sunny outing, wearing her hair down and minimal makeup, paired with gold-framed aviator sunglasses.
She and Al Pacino began dating in April 2022 and announced they were expecting their first child just weeks before Roman’s arrival in June 2023. However, not long after his birth, the couple quietly split.
Despite their breakup, the two have remained on good terms. Alfallah supported Pacino at one of his film screenings late last year, and just last month, she joined him to celebrate his 85th birthday. She was seen driving The Godfather legend to his star-studded celebration in Los Angeles, attended by celebrities including Anjelica Huston, Rita Wilson, Ringo Starr, Jerry Seinfeld, Jessica Alba—and Bill Maher.
Alfallah had previously been linked to Maher, 68, but clarified late last year that their relationship is purely platonic. She also shared that she and Pacino are successfully co-parenting their son Roman, referring to the legendary actor as her “best friend.”
Noor Alfallah and Al Pacino, who share a 54-year age gap, are parents to one child together—son Roman—born in June 2023. While Roman is Alfallah’s first child, he is Pacino’s fourth. The legendary actor also has a daughter, Julie, 35, with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and 23-year-old twins, Anton and Olivia, with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
In an interview with Vogue Arabia, Alfallah shared that she first met Pacino at a dinner party in the late 2010s and the two initially became close friends. “He’s a very talented and unique person,” she said, adding that she never imagined he’d one day be the father of her child.
Reflecting on how their relationship evolved, she explained, “Al lives down the street from my house, and we started spending every day together, playing chess and watching movies. It was like film school with Al Pacino. I guess it just became something more.”
