Ben Affleck is still searching for a new home more than a year after splitting from Jennifer Lopez.
Over the weekend, the 52-year-old actor was seen out walking his dog and paused to tour a house under construction in Brentwood.
This area is close to where his ex-wife Jennifer Garner lives with their children. Ben continues his house hunt after moving out of the marital mansion he shared with Lopez.
It’s been 14 months since the singer officially filed for divorce and five months since the divorce was finalized.
On Sunday, the Batman star kept it casual, wearing a black graphic T-shirt, light-wash jeans, and Nike sneakers.
His outing follows a recent move to a $20 million home in the same Brentwood area, which he purchased in July 2024.

As Ben continues his search for a new home, he was spotted walking one of his German Shepherds—a security dog he added to his family earlier this year.
Meanwhile, his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez has begun renovating the $21 million mansion she purchased after their divorce was finalized following two years of marriage.
Her new home is in the gated Hidden Hills community, where friends like Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner also live.
Last month, DailyMail.com first reported that Jennifer Lopez—aka Jenny From The Block—was renovating her luxury home.
An insider told DailyMail.com in May that Jennifer is investing heavily to customize the large property, which includes a main house, a pool house, and a guest house.
Renovations are nothing new for the Unstoppable star. A friend explained, “Jennifer renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the J.Lo touch, which makes the place her very own.”
The source added, “She has great style, so she makes everything better. She had very specific ideas for this place—she wants it light, bright, and flirty.”
The updated home will be perfect for enjoying the summer months, although Jennifer will be frequently away on her world tour.

Since their split last year, Ben Affleck has been renting a $100,000-a-month home in Brentwood, just two blocks away from Jennifer Garner and their children.
Last fall, he upgraded by purchasing a $20 million five-bedroom mansion in Brentwood, closing escrow in July 2024.
Meanwhile, Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have been struggling to sell the $61 million Beverly Hills mansion they bought together in May 2023.
Initially trying to sell it off-market, they later listed the 38,000-square-foot estate publicly for $68 million in July.
Known as Crestview Manor, the luxurious property features a 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom main house, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a caretaker’s house, and a 12-car garage.
Amenities include a home bar, gym, sports lounge, boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, plus parking for up to 80 vehicles.
The couple accepted a $64 million offer from a New Jersey buyer, but the deal fell through in September, leaving the mansion back on the market as of December 2024.
According to TMZ, while the buyer remains interested, the home is still unsold.

A source revealed that Lopez and Affleck weren’t completely on the same page when purchasing the house.
The $68 million mansion was primarily Ben’s idea and represented a significant compromise for her, with its large layout designed to accommodate their blended family.
Lopez reportedly preferred a more romantic, European-inspired style for the home, while Affleck found its location inconvenient for his Brentwood-based life and children.
After months of rumors about their troubled marriage, Lopez filed for divorce in August, listing April 26, 2024, as their separation date.
Affleck moved into a $20 million Brentwood home in September, bringing him closer to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their three children.
Lopez and Affleck’s rekindled relationship, which began in 2021 after 17 years apart, led to a quick Las Vegas wedding in July 2022, followed by a glamorous celebration at Affleck’s estate in Georgia.
