She also shared a beautiful photo of herself in a white dress, walking through the streets of London, casually holding an iced coffee and her phone.

Sophie opened up earlier this week on her and Jamie’s newly named podcast NearlyParents, revealing the struggles she’s been facing during her pregnancy.
She admitted that when her second trimester began, she felt completely overwhelmed, even saying she felt like she was “dying.” The hormone changes left her feeling irritable and moody, with Sophie joking, “This girl has gone from a bit of a b***h to ‘don’t come near me.'”
Sophie had a smooth start to her pregnancy, sharing that up until week eight, she felt great with no sickness, no food aversions, and tons of energy. But when week eight hit, things changed. “Everyone started to grate on me a bit. Like that man sat next to me on the plane breathing… is it illegal if I punch him in the face?” she quipped.
She warned her podcast fans: “If you’re a fan of the podcast, I love you so much but you’re not going to like me if you meet me at the moment.”
Jamie, who’s been adjusting to Sophie’s mood swings, shared a funny anecdote. He asked Sophie if she had any pregnancy cravings, and she jokingly replied, “No, the only craving I have is hating you.”
Jamie then confessed he spent an evening on Reddit searching for answers to the question, “Why does your wife hate her husband so much when they’re pregnant?”

Sophie continued to reveal the ups and downs of her pregnancy in a candid conversation on NearlyParents, sharing some truly hilarious and raw moments from her life with Jamie.
One of the most memorable stories involved Jamie learning to drive, with Sophie in the passenger seat. Sophie said, “You’re a s**t driver,” and Jamie, understandably nervous, thought to himself, “Oh my god, she hasn’t eaten, this is really scary.” Things escalated when Sophie got so frustrated that she snapped, “I’m so angry I want to drive us both into the back of this car and kill us.” Of course, she quickly broke into tears after her outburst, leaving Jamie bewildered by the intensity of her mood swings.
Sophie admitted that her anger was “uncontrollable” at times, but reassured everyone that it was short-lived. She also mentioned how her growing body, especially her “enormous t*ts,” meant that she couldn’t fit into any of her clothes, which only added to her frustration.
Jamie was quick to acknowledge that he owed her a massive apology after he brushed off her pregnancy hormones. Sophie recalled a specific moment when Jamie dismissed her struggles, saying, “Oh, you’re just milking it. You’re faking all your hormones. There’s no such thing.” Sophie was stunned, especially since she was dealing with the physical discomfort of her body changing, including not being able to fit into anything. She laughed as she remembered how he was completely unsympathetic, and how she was left feeling overwhelmed.
The couple had another tense moment when Jamie decided to pull out his camera and announce that he was going to vlog, despite Sophie feeling incredibly sick and on the verge of vomiting. Sophie explained, “And what happened was Jamie sits down and goes, ‘I’m going to call my friends and ask them what I should do about this. Because I’m going to have to leave you. I’m going to leave you because you’re just so unbearable right now.'”
Sophie pretended to break down in tears as she joked, “And I went, ‘You’re going to leave me and I’m pregnant!’” Both she and Jamie couldn’t help but laugh at the situation, with Jamie admitting that he had a lot to learn about navigating his wife’s pregnancy hormones.
It was clear from their discussion that while Jamie’s initial reactions weren’t always the most empathetic, he was slowly realizing how challenging and intense pregnancy can be. And Sophie, while hilariously recounting her emotional moments, showed she was handling the rollercoaster ride with a sense of humor!
In defence of his actions, Jamie quickly added: ‘The amount of people who are going to call me an a*****e. Just a caveat to add – I had no idea the emotional journey that you go on, how your body changes.
‘I just didn’t understand the extreme things that go on and since having read stuff on Instagram, I am awe of what you go through. The hormone change is wild.’
Showing their Chelsea roots, the couple also revealed that Sophie’s worst craving so far was for caviar, recounting how they had dashed round London trying to find a shop that was open at 8pm.
Jamie explained they eventually found a caviar store only to discover a single pot cost £240, as he declared: ‘I was like “Well that craving has to stop there and then”.
Sophie revealed that after some Googling, she learned it is recommended that pregnant people avoid the expensive delicacy due to the risks of bacteria and mercury.
However, she confessed that the risks were the only thing that stopped her eating it, otherwise would not have allowed the hefty price tag to put her off.
Sophie announced her baby news in a social media post earlier this month and revealed she is already four months pregnant.
