Oasis fans were thrilled to see new pictures of Noel and Liam Gallagher together, especially after a tour announcement that had left many feeling confused.

For the first time since revealing their long-awaited reunion tour, Noel and Liam Gallagher were seen together, sending Oasis fans into a frenzy. Back in August 2024, the brothers shocked the world by announcing they had ended their feud and would be touring again after two decades apart.
The tour includes 35 shows across the UK, Ireland, Australia, South America, and Asia. Fans, eager for updates ahead of the first show in Cardiff next month, tuned in to Channel 4 at 9 p.m. for a “special announcement.” During a brief advert break, the Gallaghers appeared onscreen in a silent promo for Adidas, standing still and serious as they faced the camera.
The promo featured Oasis’s 1994 hit Live Forever playing over nostalgic visuals that echoed the band’s early concerts. Fans were shown wearing new Adidas gear branded with the iconic Oasis logo.
A brief moment showed Liam and Noel walking toward the stage to perform, leading up to a powerful final image of the two brothers reunited and posing together.
Before this campaign, the only recent images of Liam and Noel together came from a promotional photoshoot announcing the Oasis tour — a moment that had already stirred intense excitement among longtime fans.
However, the announcement initially left many fans confused, as those who tuned into Channel 4 at the scheduled time expecting the special reveal were instead greeted by the celebrity game show Taskmaster, prompting a wave of baffled reactions on social media.

Social media platform X (formerly Twitter) lit up with confusion as fans reacted to the unexpected airing of Taskmaster. One user asked, “Err… why am I watching Taskmaster?” while another suspected, “We’ve been scammed.” A third questioned, “What’s gone wrong? Where is the release?” Others took a lighter approach, with one joking, “Taskmaster’s ratings will be through the roof!”
Alongside the advert’s release on social media, Oasis’s official X account hinted at more to come, posting: “10am tomorrow Spinningfields, Manchester,” and linking to a surprise website showcasing upcoming pop-up fan stores in cities including Manchester, London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dublin, and Edinburgh.
As of June 19, only the Manchester store page is active, allowing fans to book a visit by choosing a date from late June through July and selecting a 30-minute time slot.

This followed an earlier teaser from the band featuring the Oasis logo and the sound of chanting fans, with the cryptic message: “Original Forever. All will be revealed. Channel 4, 9pm.”
