Cameron Diaz was seen enjoying time with her and Benji Madden’s son, Cardinal, over the weekend.
The Charlie’s Angels actress was photographed carrying the 1-year-old on her hip during an outing in Santa Barbara, California, without her husband.
Diaz and Madden are rarely seen in public with their two children, including their 5-year-old daughter Raddix, as they prefer to keep their kids out of the spotlight.
While out with Cardinal , the Avaline wine co-founder kept it casual in a black top layered under a white shirt.
Cameron Diaz, 52, paired the look with black trousers, black-rimmed glasses, and a black hat. She finished off her laid-back outfit with white sneakers.
Her son, Cardinal, was dressed in an oatmeal-colored long-sleeved shirt and matching pants featuring a teddy bear print.
Cameron Diaz kept him warm with a pair of colorful socks. Diaz and Benji Madden, who celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in January, were last seen on a family outing with both their children in August 2024.
During their outing in Santa Barbara, the Shrek star was seen pushing Cardinal in a stroller, while the 45-year-old Good Charlotte rocker, Benji Madden, held their daughter Raddix’s hand.
At the time, Raddix was wearing Mickey Mouse-themed pajamas and pink cowgirl boots. Diaz and Madden had announced Cardinal’s birth on Instagram in March 2024.
“We are blessed and excited to announce the birth of our son, Cardinal Madden ❤️🙏,” the couple shared at the time.
“He is awesome, and we are all so happy he’s here! For the kids’ safety and privacy, we won’t be posting any pictures—but he’s really cute.”
Meanwhile, Diaz recently made her return to acting in Netflix’s Back in Action, starring alongside Jamie Foxx, after stepping away from the spotlight to focus on starting a family.
