Jennifer Lopez has purchased a luxurious $21 million estate in Los Angeles, marking a fresh chapter after her relationship with Ben Affleck. The 54-year-old star has moved into the prestigious Hidden Hills area, with TMZ revealing photos of the stunning new property. Meanwhile, Affleck has already found his own bachelor pad in Brentwood.
The expansive 2.5-acre estate Jennifer Lopez purchased includes a 10,046-square-foot main house, a barn, stables, a riding arena, a guest house, and a pool. The luxurious home also features a private theater, a chef’s kitchen, and a fully equipped gym. Adding to its appeal, the property has Hollywood history, previously owned by John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival, who bought it from Sylvester Stallone before selling it to Lopez. Meanwhile, Lopez and Ben Affleck are still struggling to sell their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they bought in May 2023.
After initially trying to sell the mansion off-market, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck listed their 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills estate, Crestview Manor, for $68 million in July. The lavish property features a 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom main house, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a caretaker’s house, and a 12-car garage. Additional amenities include a home bar, gym, sports lounge, boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, and parking for up to 80 vehicles.
The former couple accepted a $64 million offer from a New Jersey buyer, but the deal fell through in September, and the mansion has remained on the market since December 5. Although the buyers are still interested, the property remains unsold.
A source revealed that Lopez and Affleck weren’t fully aligned when purchasing the home. The $68 million mansion was Ben’s idea, but it was a major compromise for Jennifer. While the estate’s expansive layout suited their blended family, Lopez reportedly preferred a more romantic, European-inspired style. Meanwhile, Affleck found the location inconvenient for his life in Brentwood and his children.
