Kelvin and Liz Fletcher Reveal They’re Expecting Twins!

Former Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher and his wife, Liz, have shared the exciting news that they are expecting twins, set to arrive in the spring.

The couple, who have been married for seven years, made the announcement during an appearance on BBC Breakfast while discussing their new show, Kelvin’s Big Farming Adventure.

Host Sally Nugent hinted at the big reveal, noting how busy they already were with two young children. Liz then cheerfully shared: “We’re having another two more children!” Kelvin, playing along, pulled a surprised face, prompting Liz to joke: “You look surprised! Ta-daa!”

Kelvin went on to explain: “We just recently found out. We don’t really do things by halves, and then we found out we’re having not just one baby, but two. So we’re having twins. It was an absolute eye-opener!” He also quipped that their babies would arrive just as they start delivering lambs on their farm, making it an even busier time.

The Fletchers, who married in 2015, are already parents to daughter Marnie, five, and son Milo, two. They recently moved to the Peak District to embrace farm life, despite having no prior experience, a journey documented in their new show.

Liz shared how their children have adjusted, saying at first, the farm felt like a giant playground, but now Marnie understands the responsibilities of caring for animals. Even little Milo has picked up sheep-whistling skills and helps with farm tasks, something that fills them with pride.

Kelvin had previously hinted at their growing family in December, telling PA News Agency: “For the Fletcher family, the best thing to come out of 2021 is the news that we are expecting again. We are feeling extremely grateful and can’t wait to meet the new additions to our family.”
